High-performance permanent electro-holding magnets in round design

– 3 sizes: 25mm, 35mm and 50mm diameter
– holding force: 120N, 300N and >700N

The new generation of permanent electro-holding magnets impresses with an optimized design enabling maximum power-off holding force in the smallest installation space. The round magnets of the GTN series are protected to IP65 and thus ideal for demanding application conditions. In the standard sizes 25, 35 and 50 mm diameter, they reach impressive holding forces of 120, 300 and 700 N at a duty cycle of 40%.

The new permanent electromagnets GTN025, GTN035 and GTN050 achieve a holding force of 120N, 300N and 700N in the power-off state and are designed for long holding of magnetic workpieces. When switching on the DC coil, the permanent magnetic field at the holding surface is neutralized and the workpiece to be held can be removed. The electromagnet holds loads even in case of power failure and only needs to be supplied with current for a short time to release the workpiece. The permanent electromagnets of the GTN series have protection class IP65.
