Kuhnke Bistable Lift Magnets

Lifting magnets in bistable design are designed for pulse operation. The armature of these magnets is held in its end position after actuation without further energy supply. A pulse of current with reversed polarity moves the armature back to the starting position by means of the integrated return spring.

Bistable lifting magnets are particularly suitable for applications requiring low energy consumption and for off-grid applications such as locks in portable devices, door locks, and locking devices. Due to their small installation space, these magnets are easy to integrate into locking units.

Individual coil design for different operating voltages or duty cycles is possible, as well as specific connection technology with prefabricated cables or plug connectors.
