Direct current high-performance lift magnets of the High Power Line series of Kendrion

Small dimensions and low power consumption with maximum lifting work, short switching times and quiet operation characterize the LHS and LHR line.

They are used in all fields of technology – in tool and packaging machines, in vending and office machines, in control and regulation systems – as reliable components wherever high requirements are placed on functional safety and reliability.

For all magnet designs, the magnetic stroke is the path s traveled by the armature between the start position and the end position of the lift. The start position of the lift is the starting position of the armature before the beginning of the lifting movement or after completion of the reset. The end position of the lift is the position of the armature fixed constructively in the magnet, which it takes due to the electromagnetic force effect.

The specified magnetic forces are achieved at 90% of the rated voltage and in the warm operating state. The values for the switching times apply for rated voltage, warm operating state and load with 70% of the magnetic force of the device.

The products are manufactured and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000.

Reversing lift magnets

Direct current high-performance reversing lift magnets of the LHR series are magnets with high power. They are delivered with a horizontal characteristic curve. The armature is guided on both sides with maintenance-free precision bearings with high wear resistance. This results in a long service life with constant magnetic data.
