The high-performance lift magnets of the High Performance Line from Kendrion are characterized by an enormous lifting work density and a variable modular system.

These square lift magnets are used wherever large forces, short switching times and high efficiency in a small installation space are required. They meet the special requirements for use in high-voltage power switches, railway door locks as well as in general actuation functions of automation and safety technology.

The mode of operation of the high-performance lift magnet is based on the force effect exerted in the magnetic field on ferromagnetic bodies. Electromagnets are energy converters and convert electrical energy into mechanical motion energy.

Generally, the lifting movement takes place from the start position of the lift to the end position of the lift (by electromagnetic forces), while the armature reset is effected by external forces
or by an integrated return spring.

High-performance lift magnets are actuators in which the force effect of an electromagnetic field is used to exert a longitudinal movement. The stroke limitation can be manually adjusted and set for each application.

The products are manufactured and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000.

The high-performance lift magnet has protection class IP40 as standard. However, the LHP035 variant is also available in IP54 due to an additional bellows and sealing ring.

The optimal ratio of iron to copper achieves the maximum force with limited installation space. The housing consists of two parts, which allows a modular design of different voltage, power and stroke variants.

High-performance lift magnet LHP035053

The LHP035053 is a lift magnet in closed design with an edge dimension of 35 mm. The series is preferably used for smallest installation volume and high force requirements. The high-performance lift magnet can be operated in pulling or pushing mode, whereby the stroke movement is electromagnetically carried out from the start position to the end position of the lift. An integrated reset spring optionally ensures the reset. The mounting is provided at the front. The modular design allows the LHP035053 to be equipped with further options, see options for LHP035053. The magnet can be mounted in any installation position
and the force extraction takes place axially. The coil voltage of the standard variant is 24V direct current. Other voltage variants are available on request. The device is available with free leads or connection plug.
