The electromagnetic locking LLB is a universally applicable system, also specially used for mobile applications. The complete locking unit is based on a bistable electromagnet, which can be operated either via a power supply or a battery.

The locking bolt is held open by a return spring. When energized, the magnet triggers and locks by extending the bolt. By the force of a permanent magnet, the locking bolt is held closed without power. This saves up to 95% energy compared to conventional push magnets.

The bolt reliably withstands transverse forces of 1,000N with a service life of at least 80,000 cycles. With sensors for end position detection, the
functionality of the lock can be reliably monitored.

Customization options:
– Hall sensor for position detection, one- or two-sided (retrofit possible)
– Anti-rotation of bolt possible
– Customer-side extension of locking bolt via thread
– Electrical connection configurable
– Shotbolt function as option: snap function with 45° slope via anti-rotation locking bolt – unit can be locked without power (power pulse only for unlocking)
