Kendrion-Kuhnke magnetic lock

As a manufacturer of high-tech locking systems, Kendrion Kuhnke Automation has developed an extremely reliable and compact magnetic lock based on years of experience that achieves a very high holding force. This magnetic lock includes a powerful lifting magnet, both in monostable and bistable design.

Locking applications:
– Door locking technology and access control, such as fitting parts or turnstiles
– Aviation, such as luggage compartments, galleys, or oxygen supply
– Medical and analytical technology, such as centrifuges and disinfection devices
– Devices and industrial plants, such as combi-steamers, steam ovens, autoclaves or washing machines

Variants:

24VDC version: Magnetic lock SL 7010 (self-locking) – F – 24VDC 2% ED or as 12VDC version: – F – 12VDC 2% ED
In the monostable design, the lock automatically locks the door as soon as the door hook has engaged the locking plunger. To unlock, the lock is powered briefly

Magnetic lock AL 7011 (active locking) – F – 24VDC 2% ED (available on request as 12VDC version)
In the bistable design, the magnetic lock must be powered briefly at all times to lock and unlock. The magnetic lock is equipped with two microswitches for door position and door locking detection as standard. An emergency release is an additional safety feature of this lock
