Innovative solutions and precision products
Batten Allen produces lead frames with multiple impressions and fine tolerances for the electronics market. The production of multi-cavity tools with up to 32 impressions enables parts to be produced at a low unit cost. You can pre-coat, post-coat, or selectively coat these parts.
Single in-line lead frames (SIL)
Also known as Single In Line Pin (SIP). Typical applications are resistor networks, hybrid circuits, and PCB terminations. SIL leadframes are available in pitches from 1.27 mm to 2.54 mm as described in the catalog.
