Batten Allen produces lead frames with multiple impressions and fine tolerances for the electronics market. The production of multi-cavity tools with up to 32 impressions enables parts to be produced at a low unit cost. You can pre-coat, post-coat, or selectively coat these parts.

Dual in-line lead frames (DIL)

Also known as Dual In Line Pin or Edge Clip connectors. Typical applications are resistor networks, hybrid circuits, and PCB terminations. DIL leadframes are available in grid sizes from 1.27 mm to 2.54 mm and in “F” and “G” contours as described in the catalog.
