Lead Frames
Innovative Lösungen und Präzisionsprodukte
Batten Allen produziert Leadframes mit mehreren Abdrücken und feiner Toleranz für den Elektronikmarkt. Die Herstellung von Mehrfachwerkzeugen mit bis zu 32 Abdrücken gibt die Möglichkeit, Teile zu einem niedrigen Stückpreis zu produzieren. Sie können diese Teile vor-, nach- oder selektiv beschichten.
Single In-Line Lead Frames (SIL)
Diese sind auch bekannt als Single In Line Pin (SIP). Typische Anwendungen sind Widerstandsnetzwerke, Hybridschaltungen und PCB-Abschlüsse. SIL-Leadframes sind mit Rastern von 1,27 mm bis 2,54 mm erhältlich, wie im Katalog beschrieben.
– Kundenspezifische Versionen und Sonderausführungen sind ebenfalls möglich.
