Product features
The products based on our well-known 930 series are designed for the through-hole reflow soldering process. In this process, solder paste is applied to plated through holes, the leaded component is inserted into the PCB and soldered in the reflow oven. The terminal housings are made of high-temperature-resistant material. Spacers on the bottom provide sufficient room for solder paste and enable good hot air circulation for flawless soldering and visual solder joint inspection. The slight protrusion of the solder pins at a PCB thickness of 1.6 mm produces a solder fillet on both sides, ensuring secure fastening. The layout of the solder pins enables a minimized PCB footprint similar to wave soldering.
