Based on the bistable rotary magnet CDR030, Kendrion offers a bistable shutter in optical safety technology that enables power-free holding in both end positions. The end positions are maintained by built-in permanent magnets. This makes the magnet design very energy-saving.

The CDR030 shutter also features high reliability and a long service life of 20 million switching cycles. Additionally, the shutter has a typical closing time of 30 ms.

The simple control makes the bistable shutter suitable for various applications to interrupt light beams.
