Lasers are used in many technical processes, in medical technology, analytics, product marking, and distance measurement.

The laser shutter DS200X8 combines with its short closing time of under 15 ms a high mechanical service life with the possibility to evaluate position and mirror temperature. When closed, the laser beam is absorbed in the beam trap. A laser power of up to 100 W is possible.

By using different reflection mirrors, almost all wavelengths can be realized. The mirror’s reflectivity is redundantly temperature-monitored. Final assembly is done in cleanroom conditions.
