Single-acting version:
The miniature rotary actuator is a one-sided pneumatically operated rotary actuator with spring return. The linear movement of a piston moves the drive shaft into limited rotational movement via an inclined plane.

Ambient temperature: -10 °C…+70 °C*
Materials:
Housing: aluminum alloy, anodized
Cylinder covers: aluminum alloy, anodized
Drive shaft: corrosion-resistant CrNi steel
Seals: Perbunan, oil-resistant
Lubricant: Shell Tellus Oil C10 or equivalent
Medium: compressed air, maintained*
Stroke limitation: preferably external (optimal service life)
Return torque (Md): approx. 0.165 Nm
Stroke volume: ~7 cm3
Swivel angle: 90° + 10°
The swivel angle can be limited by attaching an external stop. It must be noted that the swivel angle may only be limited during the forward rotation of the drive shaft, i.e., the home position must be fully reached again by the return spring when the rotor is vented.

Double-acting version:
Ø 35 mm, Ø 50 mm

The linear movement of two pistons moves the drive shaft into limited rotational movement via inclined planes.
