RealWear Navigator 520

The RealWear Navigator 520 is a rugged, voice-controlled assisted reality headset built for industrial use. Its HD display mounts in front of either the left or right eye and presents work instructions, checklists, and other visual information directly in the worker’s field of view. This supports logistics, maintenance, and inspection processes as well as remote support applications. A pivoting 50 MP camera, hot-swappable batteries, and four noise-cancelling microphones enable reliable hands-free operation even in loud surroundings. With an IP66 rating, MIL-STD-810H testing, and a modular camera system, the Navigator 520 is suited to maintenance, inspection, production, logistics, and field service.
