ZHTM
Raychem ZHTM is a flexible, medium-wall heat shrink tubing used in combination with -100 molded parts and Zerohal cables and thus completes the Raychem System 100. The material, molecularly cross-linked, specially formulated elastomer, has excellent fire-protection characteristics combined with low smoke emission and acid gas generation. ZHTM also has good mechanical properties and solvent resistance. Application areas include insulation and protection of cables, wiring harnesses, and electrical and electronic components used in confined spaces such as marine vessels, mass transit systems, and offshore installations, or where equipment would be irreparably damaged by corrosive combustion products.
